Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Wildheart Club. If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to help quickly and fairly.

Because our kits include packaged creative and sensory play ingredients, returns must be handled carefully.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

Your item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
Something is missing from your kit

Email us at Hello@wildheartclub.co.za or WhatsApp +27 78 017 1425 with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In a resaleable condition
Returned with all included items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or partially used kits.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns where:

The kit has been opened or used
Ingredients have been opened, mixed or handled
Items are missing from the kit
The product is not in resaleable condition
The return request is made after the applicable return period
Damage was caused by misuse, incorrect storage or normal handling after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, unsafe or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and assist you.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable South African consumer law.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. We will confirm the return process and return address.
