Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Because our kits include creative materials, colours, packaging, ingredient appearance and small details may vary slightly from photos or batches.

All product information is provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time.

Age Guidance and Supervision

Wildheart Club kits are children’s activity products intended for parent-supervised play.

Our launch kits are designed for children aged 3 years and older.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Products may include small parts or ingredients that should not be eaten. Please read all product instructions and safety guidance before use.

Our products are not toys for unsupervised use and are not intended for children under 3 years.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
You are purchasing for personal use or lawful gifting purposes
You have read the product information before ordering

We may decline or cancel an order where there is an error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud or other reasonable concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid unless there is a lawful reason not to do so.

Prices are shown in South African Rand.

We may update product prices, delivery fees, promotions or availability at any time.

If a product is listed incorrectly due to a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment

Orders must be paid for before they are processed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms may also apply.

Delivery

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, weather or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
