Shipping Policy

At Wildheart Club, we pack each order with care so your child’s magical activity kit arrives safely and ready for play.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within South Africa.

If you are outside South Africa and would like to order, please contact us at Hello@wildheartclub.co.za or WhatsApp +27 78 017 1425 before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and handed to our courier within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, launches, school holidays or high order volumes, processing may take a little longer. If there is any meaningful delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery usually takes:

Main centres: approximately 2 to 4 business days
Outlying areas: approximately 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment where applicable.

We offer free delivery when you order 2 or more kits, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the delivery details were incorrect or incomplete, any additional courier charges may be for the customer’s account.

Courier Delivery

Courier deliveries usually take place during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. This can be a home, office or another suitable daytime delivery address.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@wildheartclub.co.za or WhatsApp +27 78 017 1425.

Please include:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged parcel and product

We will review the issue and help you with the next step.
